With a dense European sales network and worldwide trading companies as well as sales offices, it ensures the comprehensive presence of the Salzgitter Group. Since 2005, the brand name "Mannesmann" has been part of the company name. This reflects the close integration in national and international sales with the business units of steel production and the energy sector.

Qualified and committed employees are the foundation of a successful company. Training them is therefore one of our most important tasks. Salzgitter Mannesmann Stahlhandel GmbH offers a comprehensive theoretical and practical training program that prepares you optimally for your tasks and guarantees solid vocational training with a future.
As a rule, we initially take on our trainees as temporary employees for at least six months. Following this, there are a number of opportunities to be taken on as a permanent employee. The areas of employment depend on vacant positions within the company as well as the interests and inclinations of the trainee.
